SOURCING, DESIGN AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

The heart of our product development is at our Headquarters in Thessaloniki Greece where we have the set-up to do Lab testing, microdyeing, graphic design, embroidery, pleating, printing and laser-cut among other finishes we are always on the lookout for the latest trends and newest innovation in yarns, fabrics, techniques finishes and details social media, bloggers, comp-shopping around the globe, vintage inspiration, forecasting sources, are all part of our continuous creative process and gathering of information.

The material is fed into developing new fabrics, details and techniques which are then translated by our creative team to build our vast and ever changing range which offers bespoke ideas tailored to the individual handwriting of each one of our customers.

SALES

Our sales teams travel extensively visiting our customers around Europe in order to keep them up-to-date with our latest range, work on future projects and discuss ongoing orders ensuring we meet all their needs while building and maintaining strong relationships.

We have an open-end business development policy and always seek to expand our customer portfolio with the addition of new exciting brands.

CUSTOMER CARE

Our customers receive bespoke service and are assigned their own multilingual Account Manager and Technical Team who ensure quick response and strict adherence to the critical path throughout the entire process from initial sample to order delivery.

Initial sampling takes between 3-5 working days.

KNITTING – DYEING

Being almost completely vertical, we pride ourselves in sourcing and developing unique fabric qualities that differentiate themselves from the mass imports of standard qualities.

We specialise in jacquards, a broad range of cotton, viscose and polyester bases, lurex and fancy.

With the vast majority of our fabrics locally produced, dyed and finished we are cutting out the middlemen, shipment, import and customs delays, all resulting to fast response lead-times, deliveries and enhanced flexibility.

CMT

Our 2 owned production plants in Bulgaria are conveniently located 2 hours away in south Bulgaria, employ 600 staff and offer a 200.000u monthly capacity.

The highly skilled staff are constantly trained in new techniques and finishes. This together with the widely varied handwriting of our clientele, enables us to handle an ever expanding range of intricate finishes and product types.

Both our factories are regularly audited and comply with the highest health and safety, environmental and ethical standards including ETI and WCA.
